The service was good and the food was good. The double room in upstairs bathroom, facilities worked for us.

the small garden gives a feeling of privacy and the space is well used , so it is a quiet place for a relaxing time
the opening hours of the pool are a little bit short (7pm) for a school holiday period ; toilets on groundfloor , rooms upstairs , and noisy wooden stairs ...

Lovely location looking straight out onto a lake (Not all houses overlook a lake, make sure you get one that does). Family of ducks came to see us regularly. Even had a visiting Egret. Whole house a bit compact, OK for two but could accommodate six, in which case everyone would be cramped indoors, but if warm could move outside. Handy for nearby beaches at Quend and Fort Mahon Plage and for the bird sanctuary Parc du Marquenterre. Aquaclub excellent, but might get a bit crowded in summer.
No soap provided, we had to go out and buy some. Note this is not so much a hotel as a vast estate of self catering houses bordering two lakes with a village centre, shops, restaurant and pool (Aquaclub) New houses under construction do not border lakes so not such a nice location. Cannot comment about other people's reviews as have not read any.

Good location and facilities. the townhouse we had was clean and was quiet.
Rooms are incredibly small, it was not possible to stand up fully in the shower and the sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. Cooking facilities limited to a hob and microwave and would not recommend for a self catering holiday, you need to eat out.

Comfy bed in the single room, plus a sofa bed, central heating and a TV. Kitchenette and amazing bathroom. Good service and great value. Not to mention good wifi! Stunning and great location in 10 mins walk from the city centre.

This hotel offers great value for money, with clean and quiet rooms that are just a short walk from the beach and town. The location is perfect for exploring the area by bike or on foot, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The basic amenities provided are more than adequate, and the breakfast is both brilliant and affordable. a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
All was good during our stay.

The accommodation, location and surroundings were excellent - pool would have been great in good weather but cold when we stayed.
Limited activities for kids, and restaurant was appalling, under no circumstances attempt breakfast there - chronically overcrowded, rude staff, cold food - awful! However, some lovely cafes for fresh croissants & coffee in village of Fort Mahon, 5 mins away.

Liked the pool - our granddaughter loved the waves and the waterslide in particular and she's only 2! We had a lakeside 2 bed house which was small but well apointed. Had a short break (3 nights) and found that the resort is well located just about 1 hour from Bpoulogne sur Mer and 1 hour 20 mins from Calais, so making it ideal for a short stay from southern UK.
The sat nav latitude & longitude coordinates were wrong - we ended up in a residential area of the town.but this was sorted after a few minutes driving around and finding the direction signs again. Not too happy with the long distances from the car parks to the accommodation. There was supposedto be a trolley to assist but these were really not of much help - just a minor niggle really.

This place is conveniently located close to the beach and local amenities, providing easy access to outdoor activities in beautiful natural surroundings, with friendly staff always available.

Quiet location, easy parking, good swimming pool.
Long walk from car park to accommodation, painfully slow reception service, limited fresh food available on site, not all facilities open even though it was June. Health & safety issues around building works that would not be allowed in the UK.

The accommodation was excellent, I think we stayed in the newest facility, so cant comment on the rest but; modern, bright, comfortable and clean. We booked through a third party.
Internet access was very expensive and very poor.
